LINXDOSE

Chemical + polymer systems

LinxDose stores, prepares, meters, contains, and controls the chemistry that allows the treatment process to perform consistently.

Contained chemical storage and metering system with three tanks and dedicated pumps

WHAT IT DOES

The process inside the equipment.

LinxDose covers both dry-polymer make-down and liquid chemical feed. Packages can include bulk or day storage, wetting and maturation, agitation, metering pumps, calibration columns, injection assemblies, secondary containment, instrumentation, alarms, and automated pacing.

The system is built around the actual chemical, concentration, feed range, aging requirement, process signal, and operator workflow. Multiple chemistries can be coordinated as one contained support system instead of separate field-installed components.

HOW IT WORKS

A controlled path from influent to result.

01

Store

Bulk tanks, totes, drums, or day tanks hold the chemistry inside compatible containment.

02

Prepare

Dry polymer or concentrated chemistry is diluted, mixed, and matured when required.

03

Meter

Application-selected pumps deliver a controlled dose across the full operating range.

04

Verify

Level, flow, process feedback, alarms, and controls confirm delivery and protect the process.

EQUIPMENT CAPABILITIES

Built around the duty—not a fixed catalog box.

AVAILABLE CONFIGURATIONS

A starting platform for application engineering.

Compact polymer

3–10 lb/hrDry-to-wet preparation with compact mix tank and controlled activation.

Standard polymer

20–50 lb/hrLarger dual-stage preparation and maturation with automated feed consistency.

Liquid chemical

Application-sizedStorage, day tanks, metering, containment, and paced dosing for one or multiple chemicals.

Published ranges identify current Linx platform configurations. Final hydraulic capacity, materials, loading, retention, utility demand, and performance basis are established for the application.

BEST-FIT APPLICATIONS

Where LINXDOSE earns its place.

  • DAF polymer preparation
  • Clarifier coagulation and flocculation
  • Belt, screw, and plate-press conditioning
  • Acid and caustic pH control
  • Coagulant, oxidant, and reducing-agent feed
  • Antiscalant, nutrient, and specialty chemistry

DESIGN DATA REQUIRED

What Linx needs to size it.

  • Chemical name, concentration, and compatibility
  • Minimum, normal, and maximum feed rate
  • Bulk delivery or tote/drum arrangement
  • Required polymer age and solution strength
  • Control signal and dosing philosophy
  • Containment, ventilation, and safety requirements

TREATMENT-TRAIN INTEGRATION

Designed as a family. Connected as a system.

UPSTREAM SIGNAL

Flow, pH, ORP, turbidity, level, or operator setpoint establishes chemical demand.

CORE PROCESS

Storage, make-down, metering, containment, injection, alarms, and controls.

DOWNSTREAM RESULT

Stable LinxReact chemistry, stronger floc, improved separation, or conditioned sludge.

CONFIGURE LINXDOSE

Start with the water, duty, and operating result.

Send the available flow and laboratory data, treatment target, site constraints, utilities, schedule, and operating plan. Linx will turn those inputs into a buildable LINXDOSE design basis and integrated equipment concept.
