LINXSETTLE

Lamella clarification

LinxSettle concentrates gravity-settleable solids across inclined plates, providing high clarification area in a substantially smaller footprint.

WHAT IT DOES

The process inside the equipment.

LinxSettle is designed for dense precipitates and floc that separate best by gravity. Conditioned water enters a controlled distribution zone and rises between inclined plates while solids slide down into the sludge hopper.

The plate pack multiplies the effective settling area without requiring a conventional clarifier basin. Integrated flash mix, flocculation, hopper storage, and sludge transfer can turn the clarifier into a complete separation package.

HOW IT WORKS

A controlled path from influent to result.

01

Precipitate

Chemistry converts dissolved or fine contaminants into particles that can be separated.

02

Build floc

Controlled mixing and polymer develop larger, denser solids without breaking the floc.

03

Settle on plates

Solids contact the inclined surfaces and slide down while clarified water rises.

04

Collect sludge

Settled material concentrates in the hopper for timed draw-off, storage, or dewatering.

EQUIPMENT CAPABILITIES

Built around the duty—not a fixed catalog box.

AVAILABLE CONFIGURATIONS
